This pen is an ode to my mother — who would order a strawberry milkshake whenever it was available, and who makes the meanest cheesecake. In my early years in Grade School, I’d be deathly afraid that no one would be there after class, and I’d have to spend the night at campus. Perhaps under the care of the school nuns. I think the first time I learned to trust in a consistent and unconditional love was through my mother. As simple as picking me up from school without fail. We’d drive through the nearby McDonald’s, and she’d order her Strawberry Milkshake. I’d get chocolate. We’d share some fries. On my birthdays and special occasions, I’d look forward to her cheesecake from scratch. No gelatine additives or flour, the perfect crust, and that unmistakable sense of “home” with every bite. I’m older now, moved out and all that. Even engaged! And it’s these small things I remember that take me back. This May, I want to celebrate all mothers and mother figures we have in our life. Its style is similar to the Cylindre style but with the main difference being a smooth transition between the body and the cap. The Cigar style has rounded ends and continues almost the same size throughout the body of the pen.  The stainless steel nib features a strawberry artwork engraving. Only 18 pens worldwide.
