Fine Writing International Fountain Pen – Scepter Series Nebula

This new Scepter series–Nebula (Vacuum) does not feature a metal inlay crown logo. Drawing inspiration from the iconic 1930 Parker vacuum model, this fountain pen has been re-imagined with a fresh filling system, modern materials, and an innovative design. Additionally, the pen’s stopper design has been modified to prevent rolling, while its overall length was shortened to make it more comfortable for female users.
