The pens from this sub-series are distinctive with their hypnotizing glow-in-the-dark feature and are fitted with larger #6 Schmidt stainless steel nibs. Grand Scepter “XI” fountain penglows beautifully in a dark and semi-dark with a green blue color after an hour exposure to light. It features a black grip with deep blue and teal gradient like base for the cap and barrel and accented with sparkly mint green design.
